Harry Harding, also known as Hazza, is an accomplished journalist, television presenter, radio host, and singer with over a decade of experience working in China’s dynamic media landscape. Originally from Ipswich, Queensland, Harry first made waves in the Chinese-speaking world as a singer, earning millions of fans with his Mandarin-language music and warm, approachable nature. His groundbreaking career has positioned him as one of the most recognizable Australians in Chinese media.
Harry’s journey began with a passion for connecting cultures. After completing a Bachelor of Arts in Applied Linguistics at Griffith University, he ventured to China, where he broke barriers as a foreign host on Chinese state media, including Guangdong Radio and Television. Over 12 years, Harry hosted popular programs such as FaceTime and The Guangdong Report, and anchored major news broadcasts, offering a bridge between China and the world. He won significant accolades, including Most Popular Internet Celebrity and prestigious journalism awards for his reporting on innovation and international business.
Alongside his media career, Harry’s music found a devoted audience, with hits like Let Go (该走的都走吧) and No Worries (无所不欢) climbing Chinese music charts and earning critical acclaim.
